Terms and Conditions of Trademark Real Estate Cruise Offer
The following terms and conditions (Terms) apply to this cruise offer and must be accepted by the offeree (Offeree) to be eligible:
Offeror. This cruise offer is made by Trademark Real Estate, LLC (Offeror).
Offeree. Persons that click on the online banner ads and provide data and responses to the online registration form found at TRDMRK.com/TRDMRK_cruise_form.htm are the offerees (Offerees). The cruise is only offered once per Offeree that agrees to hire Trademark Real Estate, LLC as their exclusive buyer broker representative to purchase a qualifying home in the central Ohio area (counties of Franklin, Fairfield, Delaware, Hocking, Knox, Logan, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Union, Licking, or Pickaway). Eligible Offerees must be 18 years or older and be able and legally competent to purchase real estate. This offer is subject to the Offeree/home buyer reading and executing: 1) Trademark Agency Policy and 2) Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement (Trademark will contact you to set an appointment to review this industry standard agreement). The Offeree promises to provide to Offeror accurate and truthful responses to the online registration form.
Followup with Offeree. The Offeree understands and grants permission to the Offeror to follow up (via phone, email and or regular mail) regarding this cruise reward offer and understands that this cuise and cash offer is an incentive to the Offeree to engage Offeror/Trademark Real Estate in an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement to buy a home. The Offeree understands that cruise and $700 cash reward will only be earned by Offeree upon a closing a qualified real estate transaction. The Offeree and Trademark Real Estate shall define and agree to these cruise qualifications pursuant to the Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement.
Fair Value of Cruise. The cruise has a fair market value up to $1,495 (US). Plus we provide $700.00 (US) spending cash at closing. These values must be disclosed in any real estate purchase contracts.
Term of Offer. This cruise offer may be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of the Offeror without notice.
