The Squire inquired
Why the driver was fired
( EXEMPTING his fling with our Sadie)
The story was short That his job did abort
When he up and offended THE LADY
Said THE LADY to Daisy
“He’s driving me crazy!”
(Thus keeping the umbrage alive)
Said the chauffeur in wait
(Thus sealing his fate!)
“You can tell her it’s quite a short drive!”
